I recently placed my first order with Robert Welch for a knife block, chopping board, knives and sharpener.
The order arrived extremely quickly, very well packed, and everything was exactly as described, but there was a problem with the chopping board, it had quite a rough spot in one area that I was unhappy about.
I e-mailed customer service about this, and from that point on, I can only describe their response as exceptional; within a very short time, a new board was delivered to me (this board is perfect), and I returned the faulty board free post.
I could not have better service, Robert Welch are a rare exception these days with excellent customer care.
I would not hesitate to use this company again, and will recommend them to friends.

I really cant find fault in their customer service. Small mark on a towel rail after the wall brackets had been fitted. Having spoken to my suppliers RW were in touch to facilitate a return. They were so helpful in getting a drop off and then return so that i didn't have to take wall brackets which had already been fitted.
Goods might be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for and i will have no hesitation in buying more RW products.

After using for a fortnight.... this pan + steamer looks great it also is very comfortable and efficient to use. The steamer fits perfectly and the well fitting lid has massively reduced condensation in my kitchen. The pan handles stay cool - understandably the lid knob does get warm but not overly. Weighing 1157g I find this 3.2L pan easily managed and comfortable to use. A quick wash in hot soapy water then a quick buff dry and they are returned to sit on the “admiring” shelf (one day they may be consigned to the “pot” cupboard - but certainly not yet! )

The customer service I received at Robert Welch was superb. I had a problem with my order which was nothing to do with Robert Welch but they resent my item. They were polite, efficient and did what they said they were going to. Thank you very much.

The best company I have ever come across for no quibble replacements. The customer service is second to none. The response time is rapid with manners and they want to go the extra mile. This company should be used as an example of how customers should be treated. A typically authentic English experience proving old standards and manners go a long way.
Quality in every way!

Just bought the Robert Welch knife block set with the space saving knife block. I really like the wooden block as attractive and takes up little room. It helps that you can take knives out from top or front of block. The knives themselves are well balanced, with attractive design and of course sharp.

Bought 24 piece Radford cutlery set. I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality is excellent. It classic design, colour and weight of each item is perfect. I will definitely recommend Robert Welch to friends and family,
